  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or statutory holidays.
  • We will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. You can track your package status by clicking the tracking link in the email.

2. Shipping Destinations & Methods

3. Shipping Costs


  • Standard Shipping: Free shipping for orders over [Amount, e.g., $99]. For orders under this amount, a flat shipping fee of [Amount, e.g., $8.99] will be charged.
  • Express Shipping: A shipping fee of [Amount, e.g., $24.99] will be applied to all orders, regardless of order value.
  • Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and order details.

4. Customs & Duties


  • Important Notice: Cross-border orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by the local customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Hopecho is not responsible for any customs-related fees, delays caused by customs inspection, or rejected packages due to unpaid duties.
  • If you have questions about customs policies in your region, please consult your local customs office before placing an order.

5. Order Tracking


  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your registered email address within 24 hours.
  • You can also track your order status by logging into your account on our store and navigating to the "Order History" section.
  • If the tracking information is not updated within 3–5 business days after dispatch, please contact our customer service at choh5485@gmail.com for assistance.

6. Shipping Restrictions


  • We do not ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote areas that cannot be covered by our logistics partners.
  • Certain products (e.g., liquid, fragile, battery-powered items) may have shipping restrictions due to international transportation regulations. Such restrictions will be noted on the product detail page.

7. Missing or Damaged Packages


  • If you have not received your order within 30 days after dispatch, please contact us immediately to initiate a missing package investigation.
  • For damaged or defective items, please take photos/videos of the package and the damaged product within 48 hours of receipt, then contact our after-sales team at choh5485@gmail.com to apply for a refund or replacement.
  • We are not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the designated shipping address.

8. Changes & Cancellations


  • If you need to change the shipping address or cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot modify or cancel orders that have already been processed or shipped.
